The COCKTAIL ® Meimick climbing rose produces profusely and repeatedly from spring to frost charming simple flowers like wild roses. They appear grouped in bouquets of 3 to 15 flowers which gradually open one after the other. Surrounding a pretty bouquet of golden stamens, their 5 petals, at first bright red with a well-marked yellow base, gradually become almost solid magenta red, while retaining a lighter shade on the reverse side of the petals. The roses measure approximately 6-7 cm in diameter and diffuse a fragrant cloud with spicy notes.
Endowed with regular and vigorous vegetation and manageable branches that are easy to train, the climbing rose COCKTAIL ® Meimick culminates at around 2 meters and covers an average of 6 to 10 m². In favored climates (Atlantic and Mediterranean coast), it becomes almost liana and can exceed 3 to 4 meters high and wide! In harsher climates, the COCKTAIL ® Meimick climbing rose will remain bushier. Its dark green foliage tinged with bronze in the juvenile stage is very resistant to the main diseases.
