This variety was baptised on 3 July 2015 in the Parc de la Tête d'Or as part of the ‘Dialogues en Humanité’, conferences held in the ancestral tradition of African palavers.
Born into a prestigious family with direct links to the ruling courts, Henryane de Chaponay has devoted her life to the emancipation of people in developing countries (Latin America and North Africa in particular).
